my boss is back from his 3 weeks holiday! got a call in the morning from him. he seems to be in a pretty good mood... which was good cos he took a bit of work off my back :o)

went to watch national treasure in the evening. cool show eventhough i dun like nicholas cage :oP then went to secret recipe to feast on chocolate indulgence :o)

had a thought during the day...
i’m a very inquisitive person. am perpetually asking why to everything anyone tells me or asks me which drives my friends up the wall. their standard answer when i do that is asking me to stop asking why! a mth ago, i got a different answer asking me in return why is there always a why? is there a why for everything? at that point, my reply was that sometimes there isn’t a why to everything but it would be nice if we knew why things are the way it is or why it happens cos at least something makes sense. now that makes sense rite? BUT the other day when i was chatting to another friend, he said something like when u love someone u dun know why or when u do something for the one u love, there isn’t a why. to which i replied that there is a why, its cos u love the person! hhhmm… now that got me thinking again and my conclusion is that we may think that there isn’t a why to everything but actually there is cos every cause has an effect. something always triggers something else which is why there is a why, an explanation, a reason for why anything happens the way it happens and that is why we ask why, so that we can understand why it happens, the reason for it so that we can make sense of it and react to it! there… aren’t u all confused now? :oP

13 jan 2004 – thurs
went to the kopitiam in damansara perdana to have a drink whilst checkin out the place… seems like an area where mistresses are kept cos its pretty secluded and i saw a few very nice cars parked without switching off the engine while the passenger (a girl) and the driver (a guy) was chatting… hhhmm…nothing much to see tho… so went to check out the new mcd near tesco…pretty nice :o)
