the long weekend has passed… yawn… caught up on my sleep but i think i overdid it cos i had a headache yesterday morning :oP but then, i can’t seem to keep my eyes open after lunch! think i need more sleep… :oP

i’ve not been feeling well these couple days after the wedding dinner (perhaps my past poisoned me? :oP haha..) but am grateful cos my meals were prepared for me and i got to rest a lot more than usual :o) so overall i am much more relaxed and my brains ain’t flying about too much :oP it feels really nice to be “mummied”!

i’m supposed to have made some decisions but… i’m still where i am… sigh… some decisions are really difficult to follow through… here i am… supposedly to stop blogging.. sorta.. but somehow.. i miss it and am writing more than usual :oP well, see how it goes.

realized that not many ppl actually know abt the women’s cycle… here’s a brief notation for all who are interested based on my limited knowledge :-

Women's Menstrual Cycle
- every woman has different menstrual cycle and luteal phase!
- women’s menstrual cycle is 21-36 days
- luteal phase is 10-16 days
- luteal phase = day after ovulation till 1 day before menses/period starts
- fertile period = 4-5 days before ovulation till 24-48 hours after ovulation
- most fertile period = day of ovulation and the day before
- male sperm lives for 4-5 days in the body
- female egg lives for 24-48 hours after it is released from the ovum
- to avoid pregnancy = 6 days before ovulation till 3 days after ovulation

on average, most women have a 28 days menstrual cycle and 14 days luteal phase. menses/period lasts abt 3-5 days. for the next 4-5 days, the woman is not fertile. after that however, for the next 4-5 days, the woman is fertile with ovulation occuring usually right smack in the middle of the 28 days cycle which is the 14th day. for the next 3 days, altho the woman is not fertile, the sperm can live for 4-5 days and the female egg lives for 24-48 hours. then the whole cycle begins again...

IMPORTANT NOTE
there is no guarantee that pregnancy can be avoided!! especially if the women’s cycle is irregular. to be safe… PLEASE USE A CONDOM (even that doesn’t have a 100% guarantee!). for more information, kindly do a search with key words "menstrual cycle" or "ovulation" or "luteal phase". thank you.

well... i haven't actually tried it myself. theoretically u just fry onions and garlic then add slices of chicken meat (breast meat as its boneless :oP) fry it and then before its done, add a spoon of marmite with black sauce and simmer a while then...voila!

however, i may be wrong :oP hahah..
