happy new year! time passes by really fast when ur not looking isn’t it? can’t believe its been a year and in another 11 months, i’ll be another year older :oP yikes!

so much happened in year 2004 that kept me on my toes perpetually every single day. although things are now slowing down a little (i think) but i’m still searching for my road where i can be happy everyday. it seems to be eluding me… am starting to wonder whether am i looking in the right direction or am just too stubborn to see anywhere else?

u know the feeling when u have a candy but someone snatches it away from u when u got a taste of it and then waves it in front of u, tempting u but still not giving it to u and u can’t reach it cos the person holds it far away from u and tightly in their hands? definitely not a nice feeling to have.

while i was having lunch with a friend yesterday, we were having a very serious but sad conversation. that men will always be men, and if they’re given temptation, they almost always take it. a lot of his guy friends have mistresses cos its cheap and they give u all the service and care u want without complain (except for more money i guess). women are so disadvantaged in this sense that they will be labeled if they do the same. funny thing is... at the end of the line, we all just wanna be loved.

hahah.. my thoughts are in bits and pieces... updates then...

happy birthday sue san! happy birthday jason! christmas babies :o) may ur wishes comes true!

28 dec 2004 – tues
had lunch with office colleagues at kfc, tesco to celebrate the year end and for dinner, met up my friend for dinner b4 she went back to spore. got a cute beanie teddy bear (those small but can be hung on bags type) and christmas candies from her! thanks! after that met up my petsis for drinks and supper :oP (yummy cake at la manila…)

29 dec 2004 – wed
spent a quiet day at home after work…

30 dec 2004 – thurs
work work work…lots to do… went supper at mcd, centrepoint to chat with a trouble friend. properity burger is out!! and they have cute monkey horoscope doll with magnets in the hand for sale! :oP

31 dec 2004 – fri
on annual leave, so headed over to sugimoto for lunch. after, watched friends season 10 before heading to dinner to have fried tong fun, hokkien mee… etc… simple dishes. didn’t really do any countdown…

1 jan 2005 – sat
watched ‘meet the fockers’ after breakfast at dome’s. really funny show! didn’t plan to do any shopping at 1U, but my friend wanted to see something at M&S and i ended up buying 4 items as M&S was on sale! super cheap!!

in the evening, went to catch ‘kung fu hustle’ which is funnier than the earlier movie!! was laughing loudly at the cinema!! :oP then headed to subang for bak kut teh dinner, lotsa rats at the drain… geli!!

2 jan 2005 – sun
slept till almost noon! hahah… haven’t really had a good sleep in a while due to the construction… had lunch before heading out for coffee at mont kiara with a friend. as for dinner, a friend cooked spaghetti for me :o)

3 jan 2005 – mon
lunch with my ex-colleague at mcd. had a serious but pretty sad talk abt life. a friends mom made tempura and japanese soup for dinner, yum…. :o) then watched four feathers starring kate hudson and heath ledger. slow show but its ok.
