happy birthday ricardo! older already yeah... time to grow up!! :oP

finally got to eat duck rice at sunrise (in paramount) during lunch with ric. i'm not a duck rice fan, but i liked it. dun mind going there to eat again :oP

haven’t been updating for weeks (cos i haven’t been on MC :oP). my bro’s PC has gone berserk as there’s some new idiotic virus hitting these couple of days so i can’t really go online.

23 oct 2004 - sat
went berjaya times square and bought a pair of shoes while waiting for shareen to pick me up and help her choose her wedding dress and other gowns for her photo shoot and dinner. its a small bridal shop at pudu with limited collection of dresses but i like the outcome of their photos. at the end of it, my arm was twisted (especially after they let me try some new dresses) and i signed up for a photo shoot of myself :oP hehe... i dun mind actually cos i was planning to do it anyway to remember myself at this point of time... and another 10 years down the road, i’ll go do another one and see how far i’ve come :o)

wanted to party at bar savanh but got lazy so went to bar med instead cos i had dinner nearby. i actually bumped into 2 of my ex colleagues (who are no longer in the firm as well).

24 oct 2004 – sun
went for dim sum at ss2 then headed to mid valley to shop shop shop!! i bought a cool pair of slippers, crystal stones and a cool shirt at zara before catching ‘white chicks’ with yuets and ric at gsc. then had dinner at ric’s place and watched a chinese show ‘in love with you’ starring louis koo, sammi cheng and lau ching wan.

25 oct 2004 – mon
after work, i went to meet yuets and ric at 1 utama for dinner at the japanese restaurant next to secret recipe (the food is ok) then watched sky captain..... very super slow show that i wanted to fall asleep but jude law was delicious! slurrrppppp! hehe :oP sorry yuets, i know he’s ur hubby but he’s just too yummy!

after the movie, when i was hanging around the cinema chattin with yuets and ric, i saw someone i hadn’t seen in 10 years! i have been looking for him for so long! i had this major major crush on him even though i only got really close to him for a couple of months way back when i was in form 4. he still looks the same giving off the same aura and persona when i first knew him. unfortunately i didn’t dare look in his direction cos i was blushing to the roots of my hair and plus he was going to watch a movie with a girl :o( i think he didn’t recognise me as well... sighhhh :o(

anyways, had to rush back after that for mamak with my childhood buddy at our usual place to hear his stories at work... hehe.. unbelievably funny :oP

26 oct 2004 – tues
my uncle took me to rawang for lunch to try dry bak kut teh. not too bad, the steam fish was pretty good as well :o) then at nite, i watched school ties, the story was pretty ok but i guess i was really tired that i dozed off...:oP

27 oct 2004 – wed
had yummy fajita salad and hi & mighty pie at chilli’s with yuets at 1 utama :o) then got home, got changed and headed to rush to check out their event, which was a little bit dull, so we left after an hour or so and headed to zouk for mambo jambo nite! coolness! loved dancing to the music that i didn’t want to leave until it was really late like 3++ am!! saw a couple of local celebrities there like elaine daly, carmen soo tan su wei, joanne kam poh poh and soo kui jien... :oP

28 oct 2004 - thurs
forced myself to get up and work. i went to look for yuets at 1 utama for lunch and sent my lovely green brown dress i bought from UK for alteration and shopped around a bit before i got back to office.

watched a anastasia after ta pau dinner with ric at santai in ttdi and finally got their number and website as well so that i can make booking the next time cos their food is not too bad, simple yet yummy.

29 oct 2004 – fri
went out with ric for lunch at paramount after his pre-Q interview. after work, yuets picked me up and we went to ric’s place for his brother’s bachelor party. the curry chicken was so yummy that i just couldn’t help taking at least 3 helpings! the yam cake also went well with the curry chicken. after that i went out with another friend to have mcd as he didn’t have dinner, poor guy :oP

my best pal took a bus back at the very last min and arrived at about 11 plus!! yipppeee!!!

30 oct 2004 – sat
tried dave’s deli at 1 utama for lunch then got last minute tickets to watch terminal with my best pal as well. then rushed home after to get changed and prepare to go for a wedding dinner at equitorial hotel. after dinner, we decided to head to bar savanh (as i haven’t been there before) but dun think i really like hanging out at the place. everyone was knocked out by then (cordon bleu, wine, etc...).

1 Nov 2004 – monday
PUBLIC HOLIDAY!!! only for selangor so my luck as my office is in selangor! :oP woke up really early tis morning cos renovation was still going on behind my house plus my friend was around my area so we went for breakfast at lucky garden.

suppose to karaoke with ric but then i got lazy :oP so i dragged him to 1 utama after lunch at sugimoto (bumped into my handsome friend tct and his gf there when we were leaving) and did my semi-permanent tattoo at yuets work place. not going to reveal where i did it or how big is it cos made a bet with a friend :oP hehehe... btw, thanks yuets! love the tattoo... am so tempted for a real one but i think my mom will smack me to smitherins!! ric got tempted as well and got one on his arm using his chinese name. cool! hhmm... am thinking of getting another tattoo sooonnn... hehe...:oP
